1. What does the terms corporate housing or corporate apartment mean?
Over the years, corporate housing, temporary housing, furnished suites and corporate apartments are all terms that have come to refer to the same thing. When traveling for a week or longer, corporate housing offers a better alternative to individuals or families who desire accommodations and amenities similar to those found in a home environment.
2. What does a TPC corporate apartment offer that a hotel can not?
Unlike hotels, TPC corporate apartments are ideally suited for longer stays, and feature amenities not found in hotels including a fully-equipped kitchen as well as washer and dryer within most units.
3. What does a TPC corporate apartment offer that an extended-stay hotel can not?
Many extended hotels offer studio-style apartments with scaled-down kitchenettes. TPC Corporate Housing offers spacious one, two and three-bedroom furnished apartments with separate living, dining and sleeping areas which are better suited to serve the needs of busy professionals and families alike.

4. What is a TPC corporate apartment like?
Every TPC corporate apartment comes equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Each apartment is stylishly decorated with contemporary furniture and accessories, full-size appliances, home electronics, housewares and linens. 5. How does a TPC corporate apartment compare with traditional apartment communities?
Many apartment communities say they offer ‘corporate apartments’. However most do not offer a full-range of standard amenities such as phone service and/or utilities, or may require additional fees to setup these services for you. Additionally, you may be required to sign a long lease.

TPC offers a stream-lined, two-page lease process with generous lease terms for all stays including a 15-day notice on most apartments. Additionally, all *utilities are included in our quoted daily rate for each of our stylishly-furnished corporate apartment homes with no hidden set-up fees.

*High-speed internet access and long-distance phone service is not included but we will gladly arrange for these services for an additional charge.
6. Does TPC offer unfurnished apartments for lease?
TPC Corporate Housing offers furnished apartments for temporary stays at a better value than what an individual can secure for themselves furnishing a completely empty apartment. Compare the costs and you’ll agree that the service, value and convenience TPC delivers is a better solution for your temporary housing needs.
7. Is there a limit imposed on how long I can stay in my TPC apartment?
With TPC, you decide how long you stay. After satisfying your initial contracted term, you may extend your stay as long as you need
8. How much should I expect to budget for a corporate apartment?
Within the industry, corporate apartments in Southern California range from $100 to $195 per night. TPC does offer special rates on various apartments depending on the time of year, length of stay and location you require. 9. What’s included in TPC’s corporate apartment rate?

The following items are standard in most of our corporate apartment homes:

10. Does TPC offer apartments for shorter stays?
Definitely, our published corporate apartment rates cover stays as short as one week. Based on seasonal availability, we may be able to accommodate shorter stays at slightly higher daily rate. Click here to speak with a TPC Housing Counselor regarding your specific needs.
11. How many people will an apartment hold?
Each property is bound by state rules governing the number of individuals that are allowed in a given apartment. In Southern California, three individuals are permitted in a one-bedroom, five individuals in a two-bedroom and no more than six individuals are permitted to reside within a three-bedroom apartment home.
12. Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome as most of our apartment communities are dog and cat friendly.
