I/we understand that The Pidgeon Company makes no guaranteed that the above requested extension date can be honored based upon submission of this form. However, The Pidgeon Company will make every attempt to accommodate my new requested departure date as indicated above. In the event The Pidgeon Company is not able to extend my/our stay in the my/our current leased unit, I acknowledge The Pidgeon Company may be able to accommodate my request to extended my stay in a different apartment unit. In accordance with the terms of my/our "Rental Agreement", I/we are aware that I/we are individually liable for any and all changes incurred through the vacate date of this notice, or until the date of actual vacancy, whichever is longer.

I/we understand that I/we will be liable for all rental charges until any and all keys, gate openers or other issued items related to my/our tenancy at the above mentioned address are returned to the apartment management. Failure to return any items supplied by the apartment management will result in daily rental charges being assessed.
