We provide our signature ‘Perfect Bed’ in all of our apartments, great looking living room and bedroom furnishings, 100% cotton towels, high quality comforters with high content cotton sheets, along with high speed internet in all of our apartments. Apartments at our exclusive property, The Villas of Renaissance include new flat panel LCD TV’s with cable DVRs and clock radios that accommodate Ipod’s.
We specialize in providing individuals, corporations and families alike with affordable, short term furnished temporary housing within Southern California. Whether a business trip or a vacation with the family, long-term assignment or relocation, we can accommodate trips as short as 30 days to extended stays lasting months to a year. The Pidgeon Company (TPC) Housing team is able to place you in the ideal corporate apartment home to suit your specific needs and budget.
Many of our furnished apartment homes are ideally situated in the Del Mar, San Diego, La Jolla, Mission Valley, and Temecula communities. We offer one and two-bedroom furnished apartments, as well as three-bedroom apartment homes at select locations. All of our temporary apartment homes are fully equipped, stylishly furnished and offer a better value and overall living experience than extended stay suites or national hotel chains.
