three-bedroom furnished apartment homes in pleasant residential
areas, and with close proximity to major business and
shopping districts, area attractions and freeways. We
carefully screen each property and hand-select the best
apartments in each area. And there’s no need to worry
about furniture, appliances, linens, housekeeping or utilities—they’re
all included!

*CORPORATE APARTMENT PACKAGE
Our Corporate Apartment Package includes newer apartment
homes available for immediate occupancy. Many of these
apartment communities offer an onsite clubhouse, fitness center
and pool/spa, dedicated business center with internet
access, copying and faxing services. Standard
amenities featured with our corporate apartment homes
include contemporary furnishings, linens and housewares
along with a washer/dryer within each apartment.
*EXECUTIVE APARTMENT PACKAGE
Our Executive Apartment Package includes newer apartment homes within upscale, private
communities. These apartment communities offer an onsite clubhouse, fitness center and pool/spa,
dedicated business centers with internet access, copying and faxing services. Standard
amenities featured with our Executive Apartment Package include stylish furnishings and décor, linens and
house wares, along with a vacuum and washer/dryer within each apartment.
*VIP APARTMENT PACKAGE- Upgrade for Only $10 a Day**
Ask your TPC Housing
Counselor about enhancing your stay for only
$10 per day with our VIP Apartment Package. This package includes our
most exclusive apartment homes decorated with luxurious furnishings and
linens plus upgraded amenities such as private attached garages.
**Most of the time we are happy to upgrade your apartment, however some
exceptions may exists. Please check with your TPC Corporate Housing
Counselor for details on upgrading your apartment package.
