- Your TPC furnished apartment home will

telephone service, TV & VCR complete with expanded cable
service, plus utilities (except long distance).
- Our apartment homes are typically 50% larger than an extended-stay suite and 60% larger
than a standard hotel room.
- Our guests always enjoy a full-size and
completely equipped kitchen, offering savings over costly room

- Washers and dryers are provided in all of
our current apartment homes while most hotels only offer expensive
laundry services.
